How can I book an Onboard Courier service?
The costs for this service depend heavily on the current ticket prices and can be requested as a special request. Simply email Customer Service or go to the customer area and request it in the Special Delivery submenu. All we need is precise information about the contents, dimensions and weight, the pick-up address and the recipient address.
How quickly can an onboard shipment be transported?
On Board Couriers, often also called Flight Couriers, have all the necessary entry permits and passports and can take the next available plane at the airport at any time. Depending on the recipient’s address, a direct flight is possible. Otherwise, however, the next available flight to the destination is used. Stops and transfers are planned accordingly.
Where can goods be transported by Onboard Courier Service?
Basically anywhere. If the destination cannot be reached by plane, your shipment will be transported from the nearest airport by other means.
Can a Board Courier Service be tracked?
After booking, you will receive the flight number, which can be used to determine the aircraft’s position. It is not possible to track your shipment once the courier has left the aircraft. What cannot be sent by Onboard Courier?
