How can an onboard courier be booked?
The costs for this service depend heavily on the current ticket prices and can be requested via a special enquiry. (By e-mail to Customer Service or directly in the customer area under orders in the special dispatch submenu). All that is required is precise information on the contents, dimensions and weight, the collection address and the destination.
How quickly can a consignment be transported?
Onboard couriers have all the necessary visas and passports and can take the next available flight at any time. Depending on the destination, a direct flight is possible. If not, stopovers and transfers are planned.
Where can goods be transported by onboard courier?
Basically anywhere. If the destination cannot be reached by air, the goods are transported from the nearest airport by other means of transport.
Can the onboard courier be tracked?
After booking, the customer usually receives the flight number, which can be used to determine the aircraft position. Tracking beyond this is not possible once the courier has left the aircraft.
What cannot be sent by onboard courier?
Dangerous goods, live animals and certain bulky goods may not be sent by scheduled flight.
