Our international parcel delivery services are the most frequently booked option by our customers. The maximum weight for a parcel is usually 31.5 kilograms. For a conventional parcel, the combined length and girth should not exceed 300 cm. The price for a parcel shipment can vary depending on measurement, weight and destination. We offer solutions for parcels that need to arrive on the same day or need to be delivered quickly by air freight, as well as experienced couriers. Do you want to send a lot of parcels to one delivery address in one shipment? Then it’s best to use pallet delivery. This allows you to bundle bulky or unpackaged goods or many parcels in one shipment so that they arrive at your destination undamaged. The dimensions of a europallet (full pallet) are 80 × 120 × 15 cm, and those of a half-pallet are 80 × 60 × 15 cm. The maximum weight of a full pallet is 70 kg.

You can also save money by bundling goods on a pallet.

As with parcels, you also have the option of booking additional special services for pallets through our special service. These special services include air freight, same-day delivery, and the shipping of hazardous goods, which requires compliance with certain regulations. If your pallets have special dimensions or exceed a certain weight, our customer service team will be happy to help.

What does document mean?

Documents are considered to be anything that fits into an envelope – except for goods. These are often urgently needed documents such as contracts, invoices or time-critical tenders that must arrive reliably in your home country from abroad. Delivery times for international document delivery are shorter than for goods shipments. Documents do not have to go through customs. International shipping service providers usually offer you short delivery times of about 1–4 days.

If your documents need to reach you on the same day, we recommend our same-day delivery. Please note that same-day delivery is not always possible due to the distance from the country of origin to your home country.
