What exactly is a supplier connection?

You can invite all of your domestic and international suppliers through your LetMeShip account. The supplier’s account is directly linked to your account. This means that your suppliers book your conditions at which you ship with us. This way you always get the best price and full cost transparency for all shipping bookings. An additional advantage: We can activate and deactivate shipping service providers and services for your suppliers at any time.

With LetMeShip you can benefit from a wide range of options to connect your suppliers and optimise your shipping processes. By booking shipments through a single source, you create more transparency and always get the best conditions for you and your suppliers.

Manage views and shipping options

As an administrator you decide what your suppliers can see and what they cannot. Among other things, you can deactivate the price view. In this case, your suppliers will only see the shipping provider selection and the booking form. Define whether your suppliers can only ship to certain addresses and which carriers/services are available to them.

Optimise your own shipping processes

You can also define mandatory fields for your own process optimisation. This could be the mandatory entry of a delivery reference, e.g. a purchase order number, a supplier identification or important information for your incoming goods process. Of course, the invited supplier will not see any sensitive data from your user account.

Notification function for track & trace

When the notification function is activated, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link when a booking is made – so you can always keep an eye on all supplier shipments.

Control over all shipping invoices

Invoices are sent to your account. This means that you can view all invoices at any time, as they are sent to the address you specify, even if your supplier is responsible for the booking. All shipments booked by a supplier based abroad are displayed in the system as import shipments. You remain the main contact person.

Connect suppliers – how it works

Connecting your suppliers to the LetMeShip shipping platform is easy: you and your suppliers only need internet access, an email address, a printer and, of course, shipments.

1. Create a free account with LetMeShip. You will be assigned a personal account manager who will set up customized terms for you based on your shipping needs.

2. In the menu of your personal account you will find the section ADMINISTRATION – SUPPLIERS. There you can invite all your selected suppliers.

3. After you have entered all the details of your suppliers, they will receive an email asking them to create their own username and password.

4. Your shipping conditions will then be saved in your supplier’s customer account. They are then immediately ready to ship.
